7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
In case of unconventional use of extra linen, EUR 15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

Casa Asia is located in the characteristic village of Domus de Maria, a few minutes from the spectacular beaches of Chia, such as Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, with golden sand and transparent sea; ideal for those who want a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature
House of 70 square meters and garden, located on the first floor (stairs to access), able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, full kitchen and two bathrooms.
Private parking and garden.
The 70 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor, with an independent entrance. To access the apartment you need to climb a few steps. The sleeping area is on the upper floor, accessible by stairs.
The internal space is divided as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofas and dining table;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.
FIRST FLOOR
- BEDROOM with double bed, cot and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM with bunk bed (2 singles) and wardrobe;

- TERRACE with table, chairs and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, portable fans (in the bedrooms), barbecue (in the garden), high chair, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
The accommodation has a private garden and a parking space in the garage.

The area of Domus de Maria and Chia, located on the beautiful southwestern coast of Sardinia, is a true corner of paradise, where unspoiled nature meets the crystalline sea and dream beaches. This stretch of coast is known for its turquoise waters, golden sand dunes and cliffs that plunge into the sea.
Among the points of interest near Chia we find the Torre di Chia, an ancient 16th-century tower located on a promontory with a breathtaking view of the sea; the Laguna di Santa Gilla, an ideal destination for birdwatchers; and Nora, a fascinating archaeological site of Phoenician and Roman origin, where you can walk among historical ruins.
The area also offers extraordinary beaches: the Spiaggia di Su Giudeu, with fine sand and suggestive islets; the Spiaggia di Tuerredda, famous for its crystalline Caribbean waters; the private Cala Cipolla, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub; and Chia Beach, with high dunes and a sea perfect for swimming, relaxing and water sports.

- From Cagliari Station, you can reach the "Cagliari Autostazione ARST" stop (5 minutes on foot) and take the bus Line 129 to the Chia Market Sirio stop, about 8 minutes on foot.
- From Cagliari Airport, you can reach the house by first taking a train to Cagliari train station and continuing as indicated above.
- If you travel by car, the parking space is included. The accommodation has a covered parking space.
