Cozy 4-room apartment, quiet, completely renovated with air conditioning and fully equipped. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator, on a quiet street, close to the city center. Shopping facilities are just a few minutes away, and the beaches are 900 meters away, also a 15-minute walk away. There is free parking on the street.
