Casa Azalea is a holiday home located in the city of Licata, in a restored historic building dating back to the first half of the 20th century. The apartment is located in the "Sette Spade" district, very close to the city center, the train and bus stations which can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes and the nearest sandy beach is only a few kilometers away. The apartment is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, washing machine and all comforts. TIPS FOR THE GUESTS: TRANSFERS Casa Azalea is located 500 m away from the raylway station and from the bus station (you can ask information and buy any ticket at the "Bar Sport") and is 700 m away from the city center of Licata. THINGS TO DO IN LICATA: The historic center of Licata is full of beautiful churches and Art Nouveau buildings. The Churches of San Francesco, Santa Maria La Nuova, SS. Salvatore, San Domenico and del Carmine, although dating back to previous eras, took on their current sumptuous baroque appearance in the 1600s. Really beautiful to visit! Towards the port you can take a suggestive walk to the tourist port "Marina di Cala del Sole" and visit the "San Giacomo" lighthouse which, with its 40 meters high, remains one of the tallest in Europe. If you can travel by car you can visit Castel San'Angelo, a seventeenth-century fortress built by the Spanish on the mountain of the same name or visit the "Castello di Falconara" in Butera.
