It is composed of an equipped kitchen with a large furnished terrace, three double bedrooms with Smart TV and a single shared bathroom with shower. There is AC in all rooms and ultra-fast WIFI. The apartment is located in an excellent residential location: you'll reach the city centre in a 15 minute-walk and the S.Orsola-Malpighi Hospital in a 10 minute walk. The check-in procedure is completely automated: the guest receives a link on the booking chat to upload the documents and pay the tourist tax. Then, another link allows you to open the door of the building and the apartment. Inside the apartment, there is a board where you'll find the key hanging with the name of the room you reserved.

The residential area in which the apartment is located is quiet and well connected by public transport (TPER stop: FERMI): bus 27 to the historic center (5 min), to central station (25 min) and to bus station (20 min) ; bus 19 to Villa Laura (5 min) and Maggiore Hospital (35 min); bus 90 and 36 to the Bellaria Hospital (20 min); bus 39 to the Fiera (20 min). "Bologna Mazzini" train station Is 400 m away where you may catch a train that takes you to the Central Station in 7 minutes. Free parking options are: Via Sigonio market square, 100 m away; Conad car park, Via Mazzini, 150m away; Lercaro parking,1km away. Near the apartment, there is paid street parking and there is a charging station for electric cars.
