A comfortable four-bedroom house in Dongo, with private pool and gorgeous garden. Relax in this beautiful and spacious villa that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a perfect base home for going to the beach and mountain outdoor activities as well. Casa Emilia is immersed in a large private garden, where you can sunbathe, drink aperitifs in the shade of ancient trees, immerse yourself in a refreshing and tonic pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a gym and a laundry room. Close to the historical center of Dongo village full of cafes, restaurants and pizzerias and just as close to the Gere beach. The villa has a large private parking and is entirely available to guests. The location of the Villa allows you to organize events and parties while remaining within the rules of the house and civil cohabitation.

Dongo is a dynamic tourist reality of the high Lake Como, with wide swimming beaches, water sports and sailing centers. Rich in restaurants, bars and shops and historic monuments such as the Romanesque jewel of Santa Maria in Martinico dating back to the 10th century, Palazzo Manzi, the seat of the Municipality where the monumental Sala d'oro can be visited. It is also a hub to reach mountain locations where you can enjoy wonderful walks and MTB routes.
