Casa Faretto rests on a foundation that was placed in the mid-19th century and following a thorough renovation now boasts three apartments (of which two are available for rent) that combine modern luxury, design and comfort with old details of the house such as the stairs, brick ceilings and the niches with old wooden beams. The house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. Apartment Collina is our largest apartment and most luxurious apartment and can accommodate up to 8 people. It not only benefits from the large southeast facing shared pool, but also has a small private pool facing northwest directly attached to your private terrace. With its large kitchen, bar and wine fridge it is the perfect place for those who like to cook a meal and a good glass of wine whilst enjoy the sunset from your private terrace or pool. This semi-detached apartment Monviso located at the southern end of the villa can accommodate up to 4 people, has a private terrace and can use the shared southeast facing pool. It is the perfect base for those wanting to explore all the best this region has to offer. The house now also holds a large shared BBQ area!
