Appartamento di grande prestigio in Palazzo del 1400, restaurato nel 1600 e infine ancora nel 2000, con pavimenti in cotto lombardo e pietra di Moltrasio. Parete di sasso a vista e caminetto. Grande tranquillità pur essendo nel pieno centro storico di Como. A due passi dal lago, dal Duomo e da tutte le attrazioni principali.
Ciao! Sono Chiara e nella vita sono un'organizzatrice di eventi sul Lago di Como. Mi piace accogliere le persone e aiutarle a scoprire la bellezza del nostro territorio!
La casa è in pieno centro storico. Cafe', ristoranti, negozio, musei, attracco per i battelli, mercato...è tutto a pochi passi dalla casa! Il loft è situato all'ultimo piano con ascensore, la casa è quindi molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Vi piacerà immergervi nella vita quotidiana di questa città.
