"Casa Rita" is a historic property of urban interest, as seen in its original walls and staircase. It features a kitchen with a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine, a living room with TV, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single), 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower), a washing machine, and ironing facilities. There's also a parking space in front of the balcony and a storage area for bikes and motorcycles. Named after the owners' mother, "Casa Rita" is a special place, the family home where many unforgettable moments and childhood summers were spent. Located in the Pinè Plateau, "Casa Rita" is in the village of Guarda, a fraction of Pergine Valsugana. Surrounded by mountains, the village is known for the birthplace of Domenica Targa, the shepherd girl who reportedly had five apparitions of the Virgin Mary between 1729 and 1730. Nearby, there are many places of worship, including the Madonna di Piné Sanctuary, the Church of Sant'Anna in Montagnaga, and monuments of the 4 Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary. From "Casa Rita," guests can easily reach several local lakes (Caldonazzo, Canzolino, Serraia, Piazze), enjoying scenic walks and equipped beaches. The area also offers various hiking and trekking opportunities in the lush green forests surrounded by beautiful mountains. In winter, nearby ski resorts (Panarotta 2002, Folgaria, Monte Bondone) are accessible. The authenticity and relaxation of the plateau can be enjoyed year-round.
