Property for exclusive use Casa Ippocastano is part of a large wine estate among the hills just behind the beaches of the Etruscan Coast, between the sea and the city of Volterra. It can accommodate 4 people in 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The location is strategic, just 100 meters from the ancient gate which gives access to the splendid village of Bolgheri; at the same time, it allows excellent privacy while boasting a splendid panorama of the surrounding countryside. Equipped garden, parking on the property, TV, internet connection, air conditioning throughout the house, barbecue and mosquito nets on all the windows. The outdoor spaces are characterized by a gravel area and a large natural lawn, with a variety of plants and flowers. Guests also have at their disposal a shaded place in front of the house, equipped with barbecue and table for outdoor dining, as well as parking inside the property. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, TV and well-equipped kitchenette with direct access to the shaded area for outdoor breakfasts; going down 1 step, you reach a double bedroom; Going down 5 steps you reach 1 twin bedded room with access to the garden and 2 bathrooms with shower. The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), consumptions of water, electricity (but not the air conditioning, charged if used at 30 EUR per day), internet connection, high chair and baby bed.
