The terrace with pergola, equipped with a kitchenette with mini fridge, laundry corner and lounge area, is ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfasts and lunches as well as fully appreciating the warm summer evenings. Bari is only 20 km away, Polignano a Mare 12 km, Monopoli 20 km, and Alberobello 35 km. All coastal towns are easily reached by train in about 15 to 30 minutes. The house is located in the center of the town, only 50 meters from the main square and has all services (supermarkets, bakeries, tobacco shops, post office, grocery stores, etc.) in the immediate proximities, maximum 5 minutes walk.
