Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room / kitchen. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and coffee machine!
Apartment near all the amenities! Coop supermarket under the house, Lidl and Carrefour just minutes away. Pharmacy under the house. Bank, post office, petrol station, bar, ice cream parlor, Tobacconist, hairdresser, beautician, beaches, bike path a few steps from the apartment! Motorway exit 10 minutes, 4 bus stops and taxis near the house. The city center with all its activities such as the Casino, the Civic Museum, the Ariston etc. within a 15/20 minute walk!
