Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay, you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check-in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: WE CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared: 15 euros per night will be required for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER. 4) Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with an extra cost of 5 euros per night.

Semi-detached house with air conditioning located in the hamlet of San Bernardo, a seven-minute drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by the nature of the first hills of the Ligurian town. Also perfect as a base for visiting the nearby towns of the Ligurian Riviera, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's drive. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a living room with a sofa, armchair and TV. The kitchen is spacious, bright and with a vintage feel, with 70s tiles and colorful chairs. Here you will find everything you need to prepare meals like at home: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table and a washing machine. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one furnished with two single beds, wooden furniture and a balcony with an open view of the hills, perfect for hanging out the laundry or enjoying the air of the Riviera as soon as you wake up. The other room is more versatile and has a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath plus a folding camp bed, a desk and a small wardrobe: ideal for hosting up to three people. Finally, the bathroom, located between the ground floor and the upper floor of the rooms, is complete with toilets and a shower. Behind the house there is an outdoor area equipped with chairs and deckchairs where you can sunbathe or relax in the open air. A few meters from the house, near the Church of San Bernardo, there is a free public car park that you can use for your car. Each room has air conditioning. Free WI-FI connection available. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation, and are included in the price. Pets are allowed with a supplement. In the church square there are also public garbage bins.

The hamlet of San Bernardo, about 3 kilometers from the center of Sestri Levante, is a small oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by the vegetation and olive groves of the Ligurian hills. Thanks to its elevated position, it allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of nature and the coast, excellent exposure to the sun and a cool climate on summer evenings. A favorite destination for sportsmen and trekking lovers, it is in fact surrounded by paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, such as the one that leads to Monte Costello and the highest Monte Capenardo, whose peak offers splendid views of the Ligurian Sea, the town of Sestri Levante and the promontory of Portofino. Moving to the center of Sestri you will have access to all services: shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and obviously the beaches, free or equipped. In addition to being able to visit the city of Sestri Levante, moving around the area you will be able to reach with short trips the most beautiful places of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino while proceeding in the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until arriving at Lerici, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. The trips can be made by car or by train, reaching the train station of Sestri Levante. There is also the possibility of taking bookable boat tours, which connect the cities by sea to fully enjoy the splendor of the area from the perspective of the sea.
