The apartment is situated approx. 10 minutes from QC Terme and a 15-minute drive from Courmayeur and the Skyway Monte Bianco (Monte Blanc). The La Thuile and Courmayeur ski areas are 20 minutes away. Main services are a 10-minute walk away, and there are walking routes starting directly from the property. Public transport links are within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property. Guests are expected to report any possible damage to the on-site amenities to the host. Please note that there is a construction site near the property active till December 2024, so during the week there may be some noise.
