Elpidio a mare, the highway exit, and the beach of Porto Sant'Elpidio and can be reached without driving on high traffic roads. Nearby are: shopping center, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and many commercial activities. There are numerous factory outlets of footwear and clothing of famous men's/women's/children's brands. For nature and sports lovers there are many trails with mountain bikes to explore the surrounding hills, a riding school where your children and others can experience horseback riding, and a river park where you can take long walks and picnics.
