Colleccio is a renovated country house in a hamlet of the 1300s with a panoramic terrace and kitchen 12 km from the city walls of Lucca. In the village surrounded by oak and broom woods you will find two completely independent housing units, the old oven, the farm's kitchen and natural workshop, a mental coach studio. Margherita is Project Founder of Semi in Mente. She is passionate about trees, cooking and music. For the past two years he has been involved in the project of recovery of the olive grove, local path and the hamlet. Casa rurale Colleccio is part of the hospitality branch of the project aimed at the knowledge and enhancement of the rural landscape. The agro-ecological management of our olive grove focuses on the enhancement of wild plants, the slowness of agricultural processing and the preservation of biodiversity.

We recommend visiting the Apuan Alps Park just 15 minutes away where you will find beautiful treks with breathtaking views of the sea, rivers, and karst caves. The park of San Rossore and the beaches of Lecciona, 30 minutes away, are one of the few places with a free beach on the Versilia coast. In February, near us,there is Viareggio with the most beautiful carnival floats in Italy. In March you have to visit the village of the Camellias with an extraordinary collection of plants and thematic paths. In spring, you can not miss a walk to the recently restored Villa Reale di Marlia or visit the countless historic villas and their gardens. For lovers of fantasy, near us there is the Collodi Park, open all year round with sculptures by artists that evoke the fairy tale of Pinocchio.
