The outdoor area is very spacious and well maintained, with a flower garden, a veranda with outdoor dining area and a barbecue. Here you can relax, eat outside and enjoy the view. The swimming pool is beautiful and large, with a sunbathing area and sun loungers. Here you can swim, cool off or sunbathe in privacy. The pool is exclusive for the house guests and is cleaned regularly (OPEN until 31 October). The interior area of the house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious entrance to a dining room with a fireplace, ideal for winter evenings, plus a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils. The highlight of the ground floor is the study, which allows you to work with a breathtaking view of the vineyards thanks to the glass windows. The study is equipped with a desk. The living room is cosy and bright, with a sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. On the upper floor you will find a hallway with a panoramic niche allowing you to admire the Chianti panorama. The two bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with double beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub and all sanitary facilities. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Both bathrooms are complete with shampoo and bubble bath.

The holiday home is strategically located for visiting the beauties of the Chianti region, such as medieval villages, wine cellars, churches and castles. It is also close to the main art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
