The property is located at 50mt. from the beach. The sober and reserved style, and all the services and tools offered, make your stay pleasant and carefree, in a clean and cared for, just like at home! Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning throughout the hotel, private outdoor shower, flat-screen TV with digital and satellite decoder, masonry barbeque, outdoor furniture, microwave and electric broom, are just some of our strengths that push the customers who stayed with us to come back the next year. The en suite bathroom is comfortable and includes a bidet as well as a shower. The master bedroom, spacious and comfortable, has a large wardrobe (5 doors), a chest of drawers with mirror and a closable shoe cabinet. The room with 3 single beds is embellished with painted walls of clouds and fluorescent stickers that form a starry sky in the darkness of your children's night. Also here there is a large wardrobe (4 doors) and a chest of drawers. Each bedroom is equipped with at least 6 power outlets and 1 TV socket, and is equipped with an electric fan, in addition to the air conditioner placed in the hallway
Jovial and helpful person. I love to welcome my guests, offering them maximum comfort and a familiar and welcoming environment.
The friendliness and privacy of the neighbors, the silence and tranquility of the dinners in the garden under a starry sky, and the company of the verse of crickets and cicadas, will make you live an experience of relaxation and carefree unique, especially if you love the sounds of nature. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (never an aggression or a robbery in the last 20 years), people are friendly and nice. The beach and the sea form a masterpiece of nature, between pure and unique colors and sounds, crystal clear waters, rare flora and fauna as the "Pink Flamingos" of the Salina dei Monaci, located at 100 meters walking (20-25 meters as the crow flies) from the structure. Traveling a few kilometers you can reach the most famous and popular places like Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto, Santa Maria di Leuca, but also natural gems such as the river Chidro, river of fresh and very cold water (very useful to the circulation) that flows into the sea keeping a maximum height of 50cm.
