Set in the midst of fields and rolling hills, our country house dates back to 1880. It has served as a family home for over a decade and is still a precious base for our international family, given that our children have ventured abroad. Since we love having people around and the house itself comes into its own with people, we recently carried out renovations to convert two wings into independent apartments. We live in the middle part of the house and the two external wings, both with their own private entrances, are holiday rental apartments. Loving the outdoors and gardening, we take pride in he extensive grounds, and are sure our guests will enjoy taking a dip in the pool with views of the surrounding hills, picking fresh tomatoes and herbs from the kitchen garden and lazing on the hammocks hung between the olive trees. We ask guests to note that there is a no smoking policy throughout the property (including outdoor areas of the property).

We are an international couple who have travelled extensively and decided to base ourselves in this beautiful corner if the world. We understand what travellers look for in a holiday rental and endeavour to keep our property to a high standard. We love sharing our place with other people and our enthusiasm for the local area. Our country house nestles in the rolling hills of Pesaro, 7km from the town and beach. The nearest amenities are a five minute drive away. Pesaro has something for everyone. Pesaro is Rossini's birthplace. The new Rossini museum is a state-of-the-art museum where you can explore his life and operas. Not surprisingly, Pesaro has its own pizza - the pizza Rossini - to be tried! For opera lovers, the Rossini Opera Festival takes over the town in August. For sun seekers looking for an Italian beach experience, from June to September the Adriatic is lined with umbrellas and loungers, bars and restaurants and the lively promenade at night. For nature lovers, the Nature Park of San Bartolo is a 5 minute drive away. For hikers and MTB enthusiasts, within an hour you are in the breathtaking scenery of Apennines, whereas the Adriatic Riviera is a favourite road biking route.
