Two semi-detached houses at 450 meters from the sea, within walking distance, in Cinquale, a few steps from Forte dei Marmi. The villas are newly built using quality materials. These are two-family portions that can be joined together with a gate in the garden if necessary. Each unit has a private garden of about 50-70 sqm with parking space behind an automatic gate. Coverable terrace with outdoor sofas and another outdoor dining area. Garden shower. The villas have Air Conditioning and WiFi Internet. This small villa, facing north, is composed of: Ground Floor: - Living room with sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen. Air Condition. - WC with washing machine. First Floor: - Two double bedrooms, both with terrace and air conditioning. - Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink.
