Overlooking the green hills of the Senese countryside, this independent farmhouse invites guests to a unique experience in the lap of nature. The holiday villa is divided into two separate apartments that have a total of seven bedrooms which can accommodate 13 guests. There is a lovely swimming pool under the open sky (dimension: 5x10 meters- depth 1.2-1.4 meters) which is equipped with outdoor furniture, and a large green area with lawn and garden. Guests can enjoy peaceful alfresco dining and BBQ too. Extra charges: - If necessary, gas for heating in winter or when needed due to weather must be paid on the spot: LPG Euro 4.5 per mc. - The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) of 300 Euro must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. - A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required for under 21 years old groups. - Tourist tax to be paid on the spot: EUR 1.00 per person, per day - until 5 days - up to 12 years old are exempt - If you bring a pet, they have to be paid on the spot for Euro 35/week per pet.
