Casa Spadini is an apartment located on the 2° floor with no lift of a traditional 60's building strategically positioned between the airport and the city center, in a very quiet residential district. The parking is free all over the neighborhood and in case of necessity there's s a condominium private parking lot. Casa Spadini welcomes you with the simplicity of a typical italian apartment for a small family simply furnished. The apartment is at the second floor (with no lift) and it offers complete indipendence, comfort and privacy. As you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the entrance lobby, on your right side a wide dining area with the kitchen corner. It's a bright area due to the french window giving access to the balcony. Always on your right side a door to the living room, made of a 3 seats sofa and 65 inches television. As you move forward through the aisle at the bottom the door to the bathroom and on your right the door to the bedroom with a double bed. You have access to all of the the apartment areas You can count on our availability for everything you may need in emergency Most of the time I will be unavailable due to work in or outside town but hopefully we will meet.
