Property information

The flat is an integral part of a historic 18th century villa which includes a large botanical park with a lake-view swimming pool. Located on the shores of the picturesque Lake Como, in the quiet resort of Faggeto Lario. The unit has been renovated to offer the perfect balance of historical charm and modern comforts. Original architectural details, such as trussed ceilings and marble floors, blend harmoniously with elegant furnishings and state-of-the-art equipment.

Neighbourhood information

The strengths of the village of Faggeto Lario are first of all its very natural and peaceful surroundings, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city of Como despite being only 10 minutes away. There are three beautiful public beaches, one of which hosts the Faggeto Lido (MiAmiLario) as well as a refreshment point. There is a public boat stop that stops at all the other villages around the lake; a water sports centre (WEC); the restaurant 'Il Vapore'; and a supermarket (Macelleria Pennino) that also offers a delivery service.
