Three-room apartment a few steps from the beach, located in San Giovanni di Sinis, close to bars and restaurants. The house is located on the first floor and is composed as follows: entrance, living room and kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances such as oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, for a total of 5 sleeping places. There is a bathroom equipped with all services and a washing machine. The structure is completed by a terrace, excellent for outdoor meals and relaxation. Possibility of parking near the structure. A few minutes by car from the main beaches and points of interest. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Cabras equal to: -1 euro per person per day over 12 years for the period 01/01/24 - 30/04/24; -2 euros for the period 01/05/24 - 31/10/24 per day per person over 12 years. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
