Property information

Casa Tonoli is a bright two-bedroom apartment offering a total view of Lake Garda and the mountains to the east. Located in the beautiful village of Fasano, on the outskirts of Toscolano Maderno and a short distance from Gardone, it is within walking distance of these villages and the public and private beaches on this part of the coast. The flat, which has a balcony with a view on which to enjoy the evening summer breeze, is located in the area of the Art Nouveau villas with their lush parks.

The building to which Casa Tonoli belongs is about 100 metres from the shores of Lake Garda. You can reach a small private beach via a path through the greenery that connects the property to the lake. Or two public beaches are within walking distance. The flat overlooks the western shore of Lake Garda, which connects Toscolano with Gardone Riviera. The area is residential, characterised by fine Art Nouveau villas with century-old parks surrounded by vegetation, elegant and renowned hotels a stone's throw from the small village of Fasano.
