Situata ad Acireale in pieno centro storico, la casa offre un ottima sistemazione. A piedi è possibile raggiungere tutti i principali servizi compresi mezzi di trasporto pubblici per esplorare i dintorni. Vi troverete a pochi passi dal Duomo di Acireale e tra le basiliche Acesi ricche di storia cultura e opere d'arte. Inoltre troverete famosi bar, pizzerie, locali tipici supermercati e qualsiasi cosa possiate desiderare.
Su richiesta e se disponibile è possibile usufruire di un piccolo box auto nelle vicinanze (cica 300metri) adatto solo a macchine di piccole dimensioni o moto.
