Property information

The Holiday House L'Ulivo is located in the heart of the historic center of Albenga, overlooking one of the most characteristic and lively squares in the city. There are restaurants, pizzerias and pubs under the house. The night and day life is lively even UNTIL LATE, especially in summer. The accommodation is located on the THIRD floor of a medieval building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR (light luggage and hearts are recommended!). The iving room has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom offers shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The double bedroom is bright and spacious. There is also a second bedroom/study JUST for stays with MORE than two guests. The price for bookings of 1 or 2 guests (+ One baby in the baby cot) includes ONLY the use of the double room. If you wish to make use of the second bedroom and additional beds, an additional charge will be required for laundry, cleaning and a/c. The house is equipped with a/c, heating with heat pumps and wi-fi. Please note that all guests must present an identification document at check-in, including minors: residence permit and tax code are not recognized as valid documents. Minors are accepted if they are with their parents. Tourist tax to be paid at the property. Animals are not accepted.
