📌 The data above is incorrect! The property is an 8-minute walk from the METRO seaside which connects the center of Rome and the seaside of Ostia in 15 minutes. Located in the south-east area of the city, a few kilometers from the historic centre. Here you can spend a relaxing time away from the hustle of the city. Nicely furnished apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay even for those staying for long periods. On request, various solutions can also be offered for babies. The apartment consists in a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a full kitchen. For a comfortable experience it is recommended a stay for 1 or 2 people or 1 couple. The apartment can also have a maximum capacity of 4 people, consisting of a couple (bedroom with double bed) with 2 teenagers (double sofa bed) and a child under 5 years old (cot). The Structure offers bedding equipment which is changed every 15 days, weekly changed towels; food and beverages and products for personal hygiene are not included. If requested, by paying, you can have as many other kits as you'd like, which include all the items required for a full stay. Air conditioning is only available in July, August and September, while heating is available from November to April; except if the weather requires it or the guest, charged separately, needs it.
