Our two lofts, located on the ground floor of a historic building in Piazza San Rocco 2, blend modern comfort with traditional charm. Loft A offers a spacious, family-friendly 85 m² layout accommodating up to 5 guests, with 2 single beds, a double bed, and a double sofa-bed. It features a fully equipped kitchen, private mezzanine bathroom with walk-in shower, and year-round comfort via reversible air-conditioning, heating, blackout blinds, and fast Wi‑Fi. Loft B is a cosy 45 m² urban retreat ideal for couples or solo travellers, with a double bed and a small child-sized sofa-bed, smart kitchenette, and en-suite mezzanine shower room. Both lofts include flat-screen TVs, streaming access, and easy ground-floor entry for hassle-free arrivals. House rules apply: no smoking, no pets, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. An optional paid transfer service (for up to 4 people) is also available.
