House of 3 floors with large garden and sea view that is 200 meters away.
Spacious and comfortable, with 3 indoor bathrooms and an outdoor shower, 4 bedrooms, parking space, air conditioning in every bedroom, dishwasher.
Very well connected, it is located 1 minute drive from the freeway, 1 km from Nocera and 3 km from Falerna, a town with waterfront and several local.
Perfect for lovers of kitesurfing given the proximity (10km) to hangloose beach (Gizzeria) where every year are held the world championships of the discipline.
Very ventilated area where you can practice various sports.
Moreover it is a very known zone for the movida.
The house belongs to a building complex of terraced houses located close to the beach with direct access to the sea (useful in the presence of children as it is not necessary to cross roads or underpasses to reach the shoreline). Equipped with large garden and balconies from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the sea.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in every bedroom. Presence of dishwasher and washing machine, two independent boilers for indoor and outdoor shower. More private parking spaces, total privacy and comfort.
