Our extra virgin olive oil, made in the family’s mill, reflects our passion for this land and adds an authentic flavor to your stay. As often happens in the countryside, the water here has its own personality: it comes from natural underground springs and, due to sulfur in the soil, may carry a subtle mineral scent. It’s the same aroma found in spa towns – a sign of the richness of the land – and is completely safe. A small detail that reflects the authenticity of the place.
