The farmhouse is just a short distance from the amenities of Pergola, making daily needs and travel easy. In less than an hour you can reach the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia, while inland you’ll find fascinating destinations such as the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana and Mount Catria, with its mountain refuge open in summer and a kinderpark ideal for children. Also not to be missed is the village of Frontone with its atmospheric castle. A perfect starting point for discovering the Marche region. This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower.
