It is located in a green area, just 1,000 meters from the historic center of Pietrasanta, rich in art and culture, and 4 km. from the sea of Marina di Pietrasanta and its famous bathing establishments and discos. It is a portion of a villa with independent entrance and complete privacy, a private and fenced garden, and a private above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (10m x 4m, 1.20m deep).
