Property information

Property for exclusive use Stone house, 480 sq. m. for 12 persons with 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has a private swimming pool (about 15 metres by 6 and 1-3.5 m deep, open from 26/4 to 17/10), has various green and paved areas, complete with tables and chairs, WiFi and a barbecue. The house is on two floors, with indoor and outdoor staircases. The entrance leads to the large dining/living room with fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large terrace. A staircase leads up to the first floor which has two separate areas with various steps, passages, corridors and small rooms. On the left guests find a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with divisible beds which can communicate with a twin bedded room (joinable beds), a bathroom with bathtub; on the right there is a living room with fireplace, accessible from the outdoor staircase, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with bathtub. Access to the property via 1.5 km of gravel road. The owner lives in the next door house, in an independent position. While the pool and property are for your exclusive use, the small son may sometimes pass through the garden. The owner has 2 cats which freely roam around the countryside.

The Chianti region is in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and is the perfect place to discover the area’s past. Radda, Gaiole and Panzano in Chianti are all nearby and on the “Strada Chiantigiana”, a road famous for its amazing views.
