Nestled on a hill, the villa has a beautiful view. Around the house is the enclosed garden of 1000 sq mt, as well as 10 hectares of unfenced land, perfect to take long walks. Fantastic tranquility and privacy. In front of the villa, is the panoramic swimming pool (5.5x18 meters, depth of 1.40) with raised section with hydromassage jets and waterfall. The paved solarium counts 10 sun loungers, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas, 4 tables, a sitting area and an outdoor warm shower. There are also a ping-pong, a stone barbecue, a loggia furnished for dining and a 1st floor panoramic terrace. The access is via a gate. The farmhouse is made of 5 units in 2 buildings near to one another. The 1st building has 4 apartments, each composed of living/dining area and kitchen corner (stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine, kettle). On the ground floor: Apt. 1 has 2 double bedrooms (one with outdoor access), a bathroom with shower. Apt. 2 has 1 double bedroom with outdoor access, a private bathroom with shower for the disabled, a bathroom with umbrella shower. The 1st floor is accessed via an external staircase (15 steps) with a gate that closes the terrace reserved for other two apartments: Apt. 3: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Apt 4: 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Ornamental fireplace in the living room. Detached, we find the 2nd building, with large living room with dining area for the whole group, 2 working fireplaces, sofa, satellite TV, kitchenette (stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, moka and espresso coffee maker with pods, blender, juicer, kettle), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. A washing machine and a dishwasher available for the whole group. 1 fan available in each apartment. Important: The WI-FI is only on a gr. floor apartment. Access to the property the via a 500 meter dirt road. Included: supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly) and utilities except heating -EUR 5 per m3

Activities and Distances Casale Santomanno is located in Acquasparta, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, found between the springs of the Amerino, whose healing mineral water is famous and known since ancient times. Among the main typical products are oil, truffles and chestnuts. From here it is possible to take cultural and archaeological tours and guided cycling trips. It is interesting to visit the Marmore Falls, a marvel of rare beauty, created by the Romans in the third century BC, ideal for rafting in the rapids.
