The OLIO apartment is designed like an unusual garden that comes to life on the walls of every room. The vibrant-colored kitchen and living area connect to a comfortable bathroom, which, through a glass partition, leads to an elegant canopy bed — the true centerpiece of the master bedroom. The OLIO apartment is one of the four designer apartments at CASAORTI DESIGN APARTMENTS (LAGO apartment, OLIO apartment, DECO apartment, NIDO apartment). MINIMAL AND NATURAL A romantic getaway, blending elegance and texture. Like an oil painting, this project was conceived as a large canvas that flows through each space. THE EMOTION BEHIND THE PROJECT I created my favourite design with compact spaces and varying floor levels. On entering, an exposed stone wall and a wooden bench create a welcoming atmosphere and evoke nature, the inspiring muse of the project. The purple metal kitchen by Fantin, the burgundy sofa by Flexteam and the green chairs by Midj evoke the tones of a painting. The LondonArt wallpaper, a central feature of the design, begins in the living area, extends through the bathroom by LAGO and ends in the bedroom, where a modern canopy bed by Fantin creates a true retreat for relaxation and romance. Delicate light plays throughout the space enhance the design and its colours. This flat represents the harmony between meticulous details and carefully selected materials, where any constraints imposed by the layout or existing structural elements become an added value
