Small newly built house (2023) on two floors, 80 sqm, located in Valdadige, 20 km from Lake Garda. The house is next to the main residence where a family with three children and a calm Labrador dog live. The house is comfortable: on the ground floor, there is the living area and a bathroom with a washing machine, while the upper floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bedrooms each have two beds, with the option to add a fifth bed. Tourist taxes are included in the price.
The house is located a few meters from the main house. The courtyard and garden are shared. A family lives on the property: Alberto, an Italian, Annerieke, a Dutch woman, and their three children, aged 16, 14, and 10. They also have a very good-natured Labrador retriever, who spends most of his time in the main house. The house is called "Il Remo" (The Oar) because it was the home of the boatman who used to cross the Adige River by raft before the bridge was built. The oar used for this purpose is still visible.
