HOUSE RULES: Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, EUR 55.00 will be charged (check in fee). Security deposit of EUR 500,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warrantyt" insurance policy of EUR 59,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 1.500 in case of damages. Extra linen and towels: 25,00 EUR per person Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 EUR per stay Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair). The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is eur100.00. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Casette Pricci is a charming complex of Trulli Immersed in the countryside of Castellana Grotte, composed of small housing units of Trullis and “lamie”, with shared pool. All the accommodations are independent, each of them has its own kitchen facilities except for one of the units. CASETTA SALVIA: (sleeping 4) composed by 1 master bedroom, two single sofa beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen. This “casetta” has one veranda with tables, chairs and barbecue and a small private garden. CASETTA LAVANDA: (sleeping 4) it consists of trulli and an alcove. Master bedroom in the trulli and double bedroom, with two single beds in the alcove. Bathroom with shower, kitchen. CASETTA PEPERONCINO: (sleeping 4) this accommodation has 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen with veranda. CASETTA ROSMARINO: (sleeping 2) this loft is completely detached , independent with veranda. It consists of a unique area, bathroom with shower, master bed, kitchenette, table with chairs. CAMERA TIMO: ( sleeping 2) is a double room with independent entrance, shared pool and shared kitchen. The wi-fi signal in the area of this property is often weak or absent. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
