Property for exclusive ue Casine delle Fate is located on a hill in the Montespertoli countryside. The area is well known for its production of excellence Chianti DOCG wine. The villa is surrounded by a large, well cared for fenced garden, enriched by vases, terracotta tiles and a natural lawn with bushes and trees providing shade. In front of the house there is an oval-shaped swimming pool (8x2 meters, depth 1,4 m) and outdoor shower with warm water. A thick hedge separates the pool area from a charming raised paved terrace with a large table for outdoor meals. From here it is possible to enjoy the view of the countryside surrounding the city in a postcard landscape. There are various games for children: basketball, a five-a-side football pitch and table tennis, as well as a built-in barbecue. The interiors were recently renovated and all systems are of recent installation. The white color dominates and everything is tastefully interspersed with antique furniture. On the gr. floor there is the laundry room, the other rooms are closed. An external staircase leads to a small habitable terrace with a small wicker table and 2 chairs. 1st floor entrance is entirely in wood with large windowed walls on 3 sides, opening onto a dining area, a large and bright living room with sofas, decorative fireplace and satellite TV. Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped built-in kitchen, with induction hob, antique round wooden table and chairs. The 1st floor is completed by a double bedroom with private bathroom with ceramic tiles and shower, as well as a beautiful fully glazed veranda (called ‘the winter garden’) furnished with white sofas. A wooden staircase leads to a 2nd floor with a sloping ceiling: here we find a double bedroom, a small service bathroom with toilet and sink and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly) included. 3 portable fans. Heating upon consumption, Eur 5,00 per cubic meter.
