This apartment is on different levels with stairs leading from one level to another through a sequence of rooms with unique spatial qualities. It is a very comfortable apartment for a couple or two, or a family of four or five, as it offers two double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms plus one extra sofa in the downstairs living area. The sofa is large and is adequate to sleep on but not a sofa bed. Castello is situated close to the swimming pool for the residents and renters of the Borgo. The pool opens 15 May and closes end September 2023 The terraces are on three different levels, stretching from the lush herb garden at the base via a three level well furnished main terrace up to the secluded top terrace with stunning views in all directions. The main terrace is being accessed from the top level living room, where a grapevine pergola provides natural shading. The property also has the benefit of another living room on the ground floor. This property has internal stone stairs so children need to be watched carefully. The exquisite mountain views are seen from all areas. A spectacular property in a spectacular setting. Bar and restaurant on site with 2 more local within walking distance Restaurants Scola and Gin. We have a small shop also a short walk. Within a few minutes drive, pharmacy, and a small selection of local food shops. Larger supermarkets ( supermacato/Fresco) within 10 KM drive. The village has a washroom with washing machine and dryer which requires either a token from the office or 4 euros. Pop along to the beautiful beaches and towns of Alassio and Albenga only 15 km.
