Hi, my name is Francesca and for some time now I have decided to make my facilities available to welcome guests from all over the world. I was born and raised in this city where I continued my family's bar business. I love being in contact with people and proud that this lovable city has become an Italian stopover for so many tourists. This is the main reason that prompted me to take this path, always trying to make you feel at home.

Charming apartment located in the heart of the city of La Spezia. The house is well furnished and has all the comforts. Surrounded by all possible services, such as shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, the house is also close to the main tourist attractions, such as museums, castles, churches and panoramas and its position is truly convenient and unique: in fact, it is possible to reach the station of the trains in a few minutes on foot to reach the 5 lands or it is possible to take the ferries to reach Lerici, Portovere or the 5 lands in a few steps.
