Civico40 is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, close to Veronafiere center (250m) and 2.5 km from the Arena. Newly renovated including the exterior with balconies and facade of the building, the 90m2 apartment has been furnished with hight quality furniture with particular attention to details to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. All appliances are new. The apartment has a large living room with double sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need in addition to oven, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The rooms are with double bed, equipped with Acquaform mattress to ensure a healthy rest, 4 doors wardrobe with chest of drawers and bedside tables. In bedroom 2 the particular structure of the bed gives the possibility of single beds. Extra pillows and blankets are available for guests. The large bathroom is with bidet, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and a soaps kit available for each guest. Unlimited Wifi and two balconies, one with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while admiring, on clear days, the panorama of the mountains of Verona. The apartment is complete with all the accessories for the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee- in powder for the moka and in capsules for the machine) and for the apartment (detergents and sanitizers also for washing machine) as well as clothesline, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. Private garage, located within the condominium property, available for guests on request and subject to availability (entrance dimensions 2.00x2.00 - garage L 3.10x 4.30x h2.00- no big cars). In addition, on-street parking is free and without time restrictions in the whole area, even during Trade Fairs.

The flat is located in the district called “Golosine” within walking distance of the VERONAFIERE centre (250m). The location is convenient to reach in 5 minutes by car the historical centre, 2km from the train station Verona Porta Nuova and bus station, 2,6km from the motorway exit Vr-sud and 7km from the airport Valerio Catullo. The bus stop is 100m from the flat and provides easy access to the historic centre and its major sights: the Arena, Via Mazzini, Juliet's house, the Roman Theatre, the Philharmonic Theatre, the Duomo, the church of Santa Anastasia, etc. It is a sober neighbourhood full of various points of interest: bar, mini market, bakery, greengrocer, pastry shop, bank, pharmacy and more. From the flat it is easy to walk to the VeronaFiere centre: 650m from the main entrance of the Fair on Viale del Lavoro; 681m from entrance “E” on Viale dell'Industria; 1km from the Re Teodorico entrance. Free and unrestricted street parking in the entire area, including Fair periods.
