The vacation home Colonno Penthouse is located in Colonno on the northern part of Lake Como. The picturesque village is located directly on the lake at the foot of Monte Costone, where there are numerous hiking trails. The vacation home impresses with a spectacular, private outdoor area with infinity pool and fantastic views of the lake. The stylishly furnished vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and SAT TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib. The highlight of the property is the beautiful, private spa area consisting of a Turkish Bath and hot tub indoors and an infinity pool with shower outdoors. Here you are guaranteed a relaxing vacation in front of a magnificent backdrop overlooking the lake. In your garden, on the balcony or the covered terrace there are cozy dining areas with a parasol. Prepare delicious meals on the grill to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones. Parking is available on the property and on the street and a garage is available for your car. Pets are not allowed. The pool is closed from October 30th to April 30th. Parties are strictly forbidden. Guests are kindly asked to adhere to the mandatory recycling rules. Other beaches, including Argegno (3.3 km), Ossuccio (3.8 km), Lenno (5.2 km), Menaggio (13 km) are just a few minutes away by car. You can reach a boat rental after 4 km and the ferry Cadennabia, which takes you to Bellagio and Varenna after 9,3 km.
