Within about one minute on foot, you will find Piazza 3 Novembre and the medieval Apponale Tower, the heart of Riva del Garda’s historic center dotted with charming bars and traditional restaurants. In just two or three minutes, you can reach the Port of Riva del Garda, where boats depart for lake excursions and where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the shore. Three to four minutes away stands La Rocca, an ancient fortress surrounded by water and now home to the local museum, which hosts exhibitions and collections devoted to the region’s history. Heading uphill for about 15 to 20 minutes (or a short ride on the panoramic elevator), you will come to the Bastione di Riva del Garda, a 16th-century Venetian fortress offering spectacular views of the lake and the town below. If you walk for five or six minutes, you can visit the Church of the Inviolata, a 17th-century structure considered one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture in the Garda Trentino area. In the same neighborhood, just two or three minutes away, you will find Reptiland – a small museum dedicated to reptiles and insects, perfect for families and enthusiasts alike. About 10 to 15 minutes from the apartment lies the Riva del Garda Congress and Exhibition Center, hosting international events, fairs, and conferences, located near the lakeside promenade. In 15 to 20 minutes, you can also reach the Ponale Trail, a renowned scenic route connecting Riva del Garda with the Ledro Valley, highly popular among hikers and cyclists. Finally, only around three or four kilometers away (about a 10-minute drive), the Varone Waterfalls showcase the captivating spectacle of water rushing through a natural gorge, making it a worthwhile trip just outside the town center.
