Company information

We are two brothers, Ambrogio and Matteo, who over time developed the project of "Coru and Mari". We both love traveling and relating with people of different cultures and share with our guests our experience and knowledge of the area. Sports, Music, Travel and Friends are our passions. At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. The payment of the city tax is required. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.

Property information

"Coru and Mari" is born from the desire of our family to create a welcoming and gathering accommodation, suitable for national and international clients who want to relax in our beautiful South Sardinia. We remain at the disposal of our guests to ensure maximum assistance during their stay at our hotel. We are pleased and prepared to suggest to our guests the most beautiful places to visit. "Coru and Mari" is perfectly suited to the needs of couples and families with children. The structure is composed of three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In each room you can add a third bed or cot. Each room has two entrances, one through the interior corridor of the reception, an external through the private garden of each room. Within "Coru and Mari" there is also a common garden in green meadow and a parking reserved for cars of our guests.

Neighbourhood information

Our guest house is located in the beautiful surroundings of Pula - one of the most popular destinations in Sardinia - a short walk from the Main Square and the Old Town. The area is completely safe (adjacent to the municipal police offices), in the same building there is a mini-market) and strategically positioned (on one side streets shopping and entertainment, the other side state road 195, from which you can easily reach our beaches - like Nora, Chia and Tuerredda - among the most famous and beautiful of the whole island).
