A bright and quiet home on the first floor of an elegantly renovated historic palazzo, located on the main shopping street in the heart of Giarre, just a few steps from the town’s main square. Ideal location for exploring Sicily The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible. Catania airport is only a 40-minute drive away, easily accessible via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. The admission of a pet, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is subject to prior approval by the property, with an additional cost of €40.00 per stay, to be paid in cash at check-in.
