Opened in 2012, the Demetra Hotel is opposite the Rome Opera House and 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station. This hotel offers free WiFi throughout, and modern-style rooms with air conditioning and wood floors. Hotel Demetra occupies 3 floors of a 6-storey building.
