Dependance La Casetta is an exclusive and refined residence, located in the heart of the beautiful city of Castellammare di Stabia, nestled in the garden of a Liberty-style Villa from the early 1900s. It offers total privacy while remaining just steps from the city center. Originally built to host the villa’s guests, the Dependance has been fully restored and now features a two-storey holiday home.
The Dependance is located in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia, just a short walk from the seafront and the beach, and only 10 minutes on foot from the port where you can catch a ferry to the island of Capri. The train station is just 300 meters from the property, with easy connections to Pompeii (10 min), Sorrento (30 min), Herculaneum (30 min), and Naples (40 min). The area is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops.
