Outdoors and pool The villa has a 250 m2 fenced garden, with table and chair, portable gas barbecue and sun umbrella. It features a semi in-ground panoramic pool (6x4 mt, 1.30 mt depth) with 4 sun loungers and outdoor shower. Private parking accessible from the garden. Interiors The Villa (400 m2), on 2 levels, combines minimal and elegant elements. Electrical and water systems installed recently. On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, an equipped kitchen with table and outdoor access on a small courtyard shared with a portion of the inhabited house attached to the villa. From the entrance, we reach a living room with access to garden and pool, a dining room, a shower bathroom, a living room with sofas and fireplace; a staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a small living room with TV and a sofa; with 14 steps we reach the 1st floor with 2 double bedrooms, 1 with access to terrace with table and 3 chairs, a king-size double bedroom with TV and private shower bathroom, a shower bathroom. Location The villa is on a hill with views of the Chianti countryside. Excellent tranquility and privacy. Facilities It features wifi, heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, baby cot, high chair. Services It includes bathroom, bed and kitchen linen and pool towels (weekly change), water, electricity, gas, heating, final cleaning, wifi, high chair and baby bed. On request: domestic help, chef, cooking courses. Important Information Pool open from May 1st to September 30th. The villa is located 280 m above sea level.
