Villetta Teresa Vista Mare presents itself at the entrance with an external patio, covered with a canopy, equipped with a table, where you can enjoy the view of the sea. From here a large entrance leads to the interior where a large living area houses the dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. From here a hallway will guide you to the two bedrooms, one double and the other double with single beds, all served by a bathroom complete with shower. The house also offers air conditioning, washing machine, an additional rear patio and free parking just outside the structure.

The beautiful marina of Pescoluse is located along the Ionian Coast of Salento between Santa Maria di Leuca (10 km away) and Gallipoli (40 km away). The beaches with very fine sand, crystal clear waters, sand dunes and fantastic sunsets make Pescoluse one of the most beautiful, sought after and uncontaminated seaside resorts in all of Italy, so much so that it has earned the nickname of MALDIVES OF SALENTO and precisely for these peculiarities Pescoluse has obtained from 2004 to 2007 and in 2010 the prestigious recognition of the "4 SAILS" of the Blue Guide of Legambiente and the recognized "Blue Flag" of the FEE starting from 2009.
