The location is ideal for outdoor activities: Villanderer Alm (20 minutes) and the ski and hiking areas of Seiser Alm (30 minutes), Val Gardena (30 minutes), Rittner Horn (40 minutes), and Plose (30 minutes) are reachable by car. In the winter, a free ski bus to Rittner Horn operates on weekends. For culinary delights, South Tyrol's most popular pizzeria and the renowned gourmet restaurant Steinbock are in close proximity. About the joy of being private yet not "out of the world" The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village center of Villanders. In just a five-minute walk along a picturesque, historic footpath, you can reach: - the historic village center, which Franz Defregger chose as the backdrop for his work "The Last Call," - the gourmet restaurant "Zum Steinbock," - the bakery and two grocery stores. Another five-minute walk away is the Pizzeria Rustika. In just three minutes on foot, you can reach the bus stop with connections to Klausen and the Villanderer Alm. Thanks to the complimentary KlausenCard provided by the establishment, you can use public transportation in the province and visit the regional museums free of charge. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion possibilities, including the Villanderer Alm, Klausen, Villnöss, Val Gardena, Brixen, Castelrotto, the Seiser Alm, as well as Bolzano (32 minutes by car) and Merano (including the Botanical Gardens of Trautmannsdorf Castle, reachable in 58 minutes by car).
